Five days. Six guests. One private estate in southern Portugal. A held container for those ready to return to themselves, to the elements, to what matters.
Begin Your ApplicationYou are here because something in your life is asking for more.
Not because anything is broken. Because you have built something real, and you are no longer satisfied with autopilot living. Because the conversations you keep meaning to have keep getting deferred. Because the depth you remember, in yourself, in your relationships, in the work, is not gone. It is asking to be tended.
This is not therapy. This is not a workshop. This is not a yoga retreat.
This is a five-day private retreat, held in beauty, designed for those whose inner work is already real. Inside a brand new architectural home on five hectares of wild Portuguese pine forest. Six guests in total, solo or with a partner. Four facilitators who have spent more than a decade learning to hold this kind of space.
You will leave more in love with yourself, and more clear about what comes next.
From the verb mudar, to change. Muda evokes movement, evolution, the becoming of something new.
In Portuguese gardening, a muda is a young plant ready to be replanted. Delicate, full of potential, ready to take root in new soil and grow into its true form.
A living transition between seed and full blossoming.
Four gateways into the life you are living. Each one held by the constellation of all four facilitators, woven through the week.
What lights you. What you choose to burn for, and what you release to make room for it. Evening ceremony, cacao, sacred song, live music.
The nervous system safety that lets you finally rest. Sensation beyond performance. Heated pool work, breath submersion, sunrise tea.
The honest words you have been circling. The somatic clearing that makes new language possible. Conscious connected breathwork journey, silence, sound.
The grounded body. The presence that lets your life finally arrive where it already is. Mandala, barefoot walking, shared meals, integration.
There are no diagnostic tools, no clinical frameworks, no need to perform vulnerability for strangers. You are not here to be fixed.
You will not take notes. You will not be handed exercises. You will be received, held, and met where you are.
Movement is woven in. The week is not built around it.
Five days. Four facilitators. Six guests. One home. Designed for those whose life is already real, and ready to become more itself.
Most who come to our retreats have read the books, done the inner work, built something real. They are not coming to start. They are coming to deepen.
A newly completed architectural residence set on five hectares of pristine Portuguese pine forest. Three private bedrooms, each opening to its own terrace through full-height sliding doors. Expansive open-plan living, a stone kitchen, and a long communal table built from raw timber.
Outside, the land opens in every direction. Pine and olive, stone and wildflower, and the particular golden light of the Alentejo coast. A heated lap pool oriented to the morning sun. Decks and shaded corners, hammocks under the canopy.
The architecture of the home is part of the medicine. Space enough to disappear into. Intimate enough to feel held. The kind of place where the conversation you have been waiting to have can finally arrive.
Four facilitators, chosen as a constellation. The ceremonial transmission of Kita, the architectural beauty of Kinga, the embodied harmony of Anita, the precision of James. No single one of us holds the full medicine. Together, we hold a container that has been more than a decade in the becoming.

Musician, ceremonial artist, and guide in embodied awareness, Kita Ram weaves music, Human Design, Gene Keys, somatic practice, and relational intelligence into grounded transformational experiences. With over fifteen years of practice rooted throughout Asia, his work supports clarity, authentic decision-making, emotional attunement, and a deeper connection to one’s innate intelligence.
Kita serves as Cultural Development Lead for Intaaya Sanctuary on Nusa Penida, helping curate immersive experiences centered around regenerative living, ceremony, and human connection.

As the Mother of Intaaya, Kinga holds the sacred architecture of beauty, nourishment, care, and presence across Bali, Nusa Penida, and Muda Estate in Portugal. She curates the aesthetic and sensory field of each experience, creating spaces of somatic safety, softness, and depth where people can open, reconnect, and return to themselves. Her work is intuitive, experiential, and rooted in trust in life itself. Through sacred spaces, immersive retreats, and transformational experiences, she co-holds deep individual and shared journeys that invite remembrance, embodiment, and inner truth.

Anita is a facilitator and space holder devoted to creating grounded, transformative spaces where people can reconnect with their true essence, awaken their highest potential, and step into a more authentic, vibrant expression of themselves. Her work weaves together kundalini energy work, embodied practices, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed nervous system support to guide emotional release, deeper embodiment, and the reclamation of life force.
Through carefully held experiences, she supports individuals in softening survival patterns, restoring inner safety, and reconnecting with the vitality, sensitivity, and presence that often become buried beneath chronic tension and conditioning.

Former lead retreat host of Intaaya, the luxury sanctuary on Nusa Penida, having held more than twenty retreats from pre-opening. Breathwork facilitator, Spiral Dynamics practitioner, and architect of DOJO, high-accountability leadership containers for game-changing leaders.
James brings precision of intention and joy-based activation to the field, drawing on over fifteen years of spiritual, emotional, mental, and energetic development in devoted pursuit of deeper self-leadership and collective evolution.
A few words from those who have sat in our containers before.
I felt so safe, so held, and so seen. By day two after leaving I could already feel a veil had lifted and a major weight had shifted. One week later I became a certified scuba diver, something that would not have been possible before this retreat. Thank you, thank you, thank you. From the depths of my heart and lungs all the way down to my belly I hope you understand how grateful I am.
I want to spend more time in places like this. In curated nature. Around people who care. Who see. Who build intentionally. Who love without saying a word. That is what I found here. And that is what I carry forward.
